Telly Award Winner Kevin Harrington has pursued his passion for filmaking ever since he got a Super-8 camera when he was a kid and shot surf movies. He went on to graduate with a BA in Sociology and Film Studies at Sonoma State College.

After moving to Maui in 1976 he has steadily built a career in the television & film industry. Kevin and his wife Jessie are proud parents of 7 year old, Alex Harrington.

Kevin won his Telly Award for Director of Photography/Producer for the Documentary pilot "ArtScapes, The Power of Culture and Art".

Harrington has shot for hundreds of television shows for the Networks and Cable including: NBC, CNBC, ESPN, ABC-Sports, CBS-Sports, PBS, E! Entertainment, MTV, Warner Bros., Harpo Productions, Nike, BBC, NHK and The Discovery Channel, Natl. Geographic and more

Besides doing freelance camera work as a Video/DP, Kevin enjoys working on Film Projects. Projects include: surfing & windsurfing water photography, 2nd AC for In God's Hands, Video Assist for 35mm German TV commercial and more.
